Once we've received everyone's preliminary RSVPs, we'll review accommodation preferences and reach out to each party individually to discuss room options. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone's preferences, though availability is limited.

After reviewing your preferences, we'll be in touch with room availability, final pricing, and deposit details. A deposit will be requested after the soft rsvp to confirm your reservation, and we'll let you know when it's due. The remaining balance will be due before the wedding, with plenty of notice.

Not at all! Our villas are reserved from June 17–21, 2027, but you're welcome to plan your stay around what works best for you. We'd love for everyone to arrive by Friday, June 18, so we can spend some time together before the wedding. If you're planning a shorter stay, we'll discuss accommodation costs individually.

We won't be providing transportation between the villas, but they're only about a five-minute drive apart. We recommend arranging your own transportation during your stay.

Of course! You're more than welcome to stay wherever you prefer. We recommend looking in the Long Bay or Grace Bay areas for convenient access to the wedding festivities. If you'd like some help finding a place, we're happy to share a few recommendations.
